Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, Change of Date & Refunds for Online Registrations

Please plan for and consider sending a substitute person if you are unable to attend the course for any reason. There are no charges payable for a substitution. However, you must officially notify us in advance.

-C$50.00 will be deducted as admin charges for a confirmed seat cancelled/date changed when notice is received more than 15 business days before the course date (excluding the course date).

-50% of the paid amount will be deducted if a confirmed seat is cancelled or the date is changed when notice is received less than 15 business days before the course date (excluding the course date) but more than 7 business days before the course date (excluding the course date).

-100% of the paid amount will be deducted if a confirmed seat is cancelled or the date is changed when notice is received less than 7 business days before the course date (excluding the course date).

-An attendee not present for the course will lose the entire amount paid.

-We send soft copies of our course materials with custom exercise files by email to our online attendees. No refunds will be given after we have emailed the course materials.
