Excel Formulas and Functions for HR Professionals

This course focuses on learning Excel formulas and functions and their application in various HR scenarios. With the help of several skills covered, you will be able to perform many calculations with ease, speed and a great level of confidence. Let Excel time savers save you manual labour and time. Prerequisites: Proficiency in Windows environment with excellent mouse skills. Some hands-on work experience of Microsoft Excel with simple formulas and functions is highly desirable.

Excel Data Analysis for HR Professionals

HR data is either entered manually or downloaded in Excel from HRIS. Gleaning action-ready information from a large dataset could be overwhelming for many users. For an evidence based approach, the voluminous data must be analyzed and summarized to display key indicators or metrics in a meaningful way. Learn to query an Excel data list with complex criteria. This course focuses on many Excel tools, including PivotTables, to analyze HR Data and create complex, well formatted reports in an effortless manner.
